Several SCAE members have contributed to the new book La Degustazione del Caffè (Coffee Tasting) by Franco and Mauro Bazzara, which will be launched at the upcoming Triestespresso Expo.
Among the contributors to the 400-page book, which is in Italian and English, are Vincenzo Sandalj, Max Fabian, Gianfranco Carubelli, Maurizio Giuli and Flavio Urizzi.
The profusely illustrated book provides a practical guide to tasting coffee, and explains the types of coffee and the differences in coffee preparation worldwide, among many other topics, according to the publishers.
