Mark Okota, who represents Kampala coffee shop Africa Coffee Academy, in early December won the Uganda National Barista Championship, local reports said.

He is to represent Uganda in the upcoming Second African Barista Championship, to be held in Arusha, Tanzania, and of course he will also compete at the World Barista Championship to be held in Bogota, Colombia in June.
