Copenhagen’s Playhouse offers a spectacular welcome to Wonderful Coffee visitors

23rd May 2008
Copenhagen’s brand new Royal Danish Playhouse, the national stage for the country’s dramatic arts, will offer a spectacular welcome to attendees at June’s Wonderful Coffee event.
The strikingly designed Skuespilhuset theatre complex, which is located right on the Danish capital’s picturesque inner harbour, is the ideal venue for the Welcome Cocktail Reception at the SCAE’s Wonderful Coffee Copenhagen 2008, which takes place June 19-22.
The enormous glass walls and a terrace which runs the full length of the Playhouse will give all visitors to Copenhagen an unforgettable view of both the city’s classical and ultramodern architecture. A scenic oak footbridge connects the Playhouse’s imposing open foyer with the popular Nyhavn canal-side neighbourhood, and the city’s main harbourfront promenade, Langelinie, is just a stone’s throw away as well.
The summer evening cocktail reception, open to all attendees at Wonderful Coffee, is being hosted by leading dairy products firm Arla Foods, which is also the official milk supplier at Wonderful Coffee. The evening party kicks off at 8:00pm on June 22, and includes tapas and drinks.
The main attraction, however, will be the venue and the unsurpassed view that it affords—in fact, an ideal location for meeting new coffee friends and getting re-acquainted with old ones.
