Democratic Republic of Congo joins EAFCA

The Eastern African Fine Coffees Association in mid-February gained its 11th member as the Democratic Republic of Congo joined the organisation.

Speaking at EAFCA's Conference in Mombasa, an official said that delegates from Cameroon, Gabon and Togo had also expressed interest in joining the body in due course.

Along with the Democratic Republic of Congo, EAFCA members now comprise Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and South Africa.
