Andrea Lattuada is an SCAE authorised and certified trainer, a Barista judge, the Coordinator of the Italian Barista Championship, the 2003 Italian Barista Champion, a ninth place contestant in the World Barista Championship, and a WBC Certification Committee member. His company, 9bar, is devoted to professional training in coffee and bartending skills for smaller private and large roasting companies.
