Coffee Diploma Modules
The journey of coffee from seed to cup is split into the following courses, which in turn are split into Level 1 and Level 2:
Coffee introduction (Level 1 only)
Green coffee
Roasting
Sensory and cup tasting
Grinding and brewing
Barista Skills

Points allocated per certification:
Level 1 = 10 credits
Level 2 = 25 credits
Once 100 credits have been earned, an SCAE Coffee Diploma is awarded.
