These are 3 central pillars to SCAE's Coffee Diploma System. 

TEACH

Each of the courses follow a set curriculum which is written by industry experts and outlines the course structure, specific learning goals and compulsory content.

Each curriculum includes a set of recommended readings for both trainers and attendees.

CERTIFY

Certification in any of the categories can only be carried out by an Authorised SCAE Trainer (AST) who is certified for a specific module. A list of ASTs is available from this website, see AST listing.

Each certification successfully completed will earn the attendee the allocated credits and an official SCAE certificate rewarding their achievement.

CONTROL

Curricula descriptions are available on this website. Written and practical examinations for all modules will be updated regularly and will be centrally controlled and issued by SCAE.

SCAE will issue all certificates on successful completion of each module.

SCAE runs Authorised SCAE Trainer seminars regularly for those who wish to certify individual courses.

Authorised SCAE Trainers will be calibrated and re-certified every 2 years or lose their right to certify.
